What does FAQ mean?

🛒 Ordering & Availability

Do you offer pickup?
Yes, pickup is possible – but only by prior arrangement.

Can I pre-order or reserve items?
Pre-orders or reservations are not possible.

Do you offer a custom ordering service?
Yes! We can get products for you on request. Just write to us via the contact form.

Are there order limits for in-demand items?
For items we receive in very limited quantities, the respective limit per card is indicated in the item description.

📦 Shipping & Packaging

How quickly do you ship my order?
We ship daily from Monday to Friday. Orders placed by 12 PM are usually shipped the same business day.

How long does delivery take?
Within Germany, delivery takes 2–4 business days.

Do you ship to other EU countries or worldwide?
Yes, we deliver to all EU member states as well as Switzerland.

How much are the shipping costs? Germany: €6.19 (insured up to €500), €13.99 (insured up to €2,500) EU shipping: €14.49 (insured up to €500), €28.99 (insured up to €2,500) Delivery to Packstations Delivery to DHL Packstations is possible. Please include your post number and Packstation number in the address line. How do you package the goods? We carefully and securely package every order – with bubble mailers, reinforced boxes, and extra padding to optimally protect the items. 💶 Customers & Prices Are there discounts for businesses or collectors? Yes, it's possible! If you have a business ID, please contact us via the contact form. When do new cards come to the shop? Every week there are more or fewer cards coming to the shop, and these are also announced through channels like Instagram. Do you want to trade or sell a card? Trade: After a drop, I’m open to trade offers after about 24 hours. Just contact me via Instagram or email. Please note that shop sales take priority. Selling: I’m always looking for new cards (soccer & football). I buy cards valued from €10 to €5,000, including collections or high-end individual cards.🚚 Additional shipping informationAll cards in the shop are readily available and will be shipped within 48 hours (on weekdays). You can choose the level of shipping insurance and thus the shipping costs yourself – depending on your preference and the value of the order.
