Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason if you have ordered a sealed product. For a livebreak order, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. A livebreak is a service. This service means that the product can no longer be sold in its original packaging, and therefore the consumer cannot be granted a right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (info@sebboomcards.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You can do this by use the attached sample cancellation form, which is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough for you to send the notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires. Consequences of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notice of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
